Find your size
Record a 360° video of yourself, turning slowly all the way around: stand still, whole body in frame, arms a hand's width from your sides — that gap is how we tell your arms from your torso. Max 30 seconds.
Nothing is saved.
Your video never leaves your phone. Four still frames are sent, measured, then deleted — not the clip, not a frame, not a number.

Trim your clip
Keep the part where you turn all the way around, with your arms held a hand's width from your sides. Drag the sliders to trim off the start and the end.
Make it exact — mark something of a known size
Hold something you know the size of in one frame — a bank card flat against your chest, an A4 sheet, a ruler — then find that frame below and drag the two dots onto its ends. The app then measures you against that instead of against your head, which is the biggest single source of error left.

Everything here is an estimate. These numbers are read off a video, not from a tape measure, so they may not be exactly right.
Nothing is saved — the frames are deleted the moment they have been measured.
